Initial AssessmentThe first meeting is not a therapy session. This is a time to put together the 'puzzle pieces,' which make up the presenting concerns. A diagnosis will help guide treatment by understanding how symptoms

Individual TherapyDuring this one-on-one period, the counselor and client will accumulate areas to address during therapy. The therapist will help guide sessions, which is heavily reliant on the client's willingness to share feedback with the counselor about their concerns and areas to address. 'Feedback' includes questions, comments, and insights expressed during conversations in
therapy. |
Virtual TherapyRoutine therapy sessions can now be completed virtually from your computer screen or portable device, such as a cell phone. Holen Counseling uses a secure, encrypted line via Zoom call to bring therapy to you, where ever you are. As long as you have the privacy you desire, this is a flexible format for discussing and processing subjects that are meaningful to you.
